Catalog entries are verified server-side, so the AI can never invent a wine, a vintage, or a price you don't sell. On Commerce7? Your catalog can sync itself every night, so new vintages roll in and sold-out bottles drop off without anyone touching a spreadsheet.

Every account is age-verified at signup, every tenant’s data is isolated, and the pairing logic follows the structural method taught in advanced sommelier programs: warm, plain-spoken, never a black box. Every change we make to your tenant is written to an audit log we can read but never rewrite, keys are encrypted at rest, and if you ever leave, your data comes back in a single export.
