Agreement to these terms

wine-hound.com is operated by Wine Hound LLC (“Wine Hound,” “we,” “us”). By visiting or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What this site is

This is the marketing site for our fractional consulting practice and the products that grew out of it: the AI Sommelier (our consumer persona is “Jerry”) and Press. The information here is for general informational purposes. Nothing on this site is an offer to enter into a contract, and business pricing we show (for example, Press’s tiers and the AI Sommelier’s partner tiers) is illustrative while we validate it, not a binding quote. Consumer plan prices for the AI Sommelier are our launch prices; the applicable price is always the one shown at checkout.

Consulting and product engagements

Any consulting engagement or product subscription is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Wine Hound. Those agreements, not this site, set out what we’ll deliver, the price, and the terms.

Acceptable use

Please use the site fairly. You agree not to:

• use it for any unlawful purpose, or to violate anyone’s rights;
• scrape, harvest, or automatically collect data from it;
• submit our forms in bulk, with false information, or to send spam;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
• copy, reproduce, or reuse our content or branding without permission.

Our content and brand

The text, design, graphics, the Wine Hound name and logo, the Jerry character and persona, and our product names (Press, AI Sommelier) are owned by Wine Hound LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We’re glad to have you read our pages and share links, but you may not reproduce or reuse our content or branding for your own purposes without our written permission.

Links and other services

The site links to other places: our Instagram, our product subdomains (somm.wine-hound.com and press.wine-hound.com), and occasionally third-party sites. We don’t control third-party sites and aren’t responsible for their content or their terms. Our products have their own terms, which apply when you use them.

Our content is general information, not legal, financial, or other professional advice. Please get advice tailored to your situation before acting on it. Our wine content is intended for adults of legal drinking age; please enjoy wine responsibly.
