Eight guests, Saturday, 7pm. Jerry plans everything but the doorbell.
Jerry plans the whole night: the menu, the recipes, the prep timeline, the invites. He prints the placemats, and pairings lead with the cellar he keeps for you. All you do is open the door.
named after our basset hound, the best nose in the house
From "what's for dinner" to the last pour.
Pick the night, Jerry builds it
Dinner party, tasting flight, holiday feast, date night. Pick a template, set the guest count, and a full plan appears: the menu, the wines, the order of pours. Food already handled? The catered path pours around someone else's cooking.
Recipes that match the room
Every course comes with a real recipe, scaled to your table and shaped around what your guests can't eat. They can tell the kitchen themselves when they RSVP. The shopping list sorts by aisle: one pass through the store.
Every course paired, every bottle in its window
Pairings lead with bottles you already own and always say why: structure, never snobbery. Bottle math tells you exactly what to buy for your headcount, and drink windows make sure nothing gets poured past its peak.
The game plan, the guest list, the placemats
A make-ahead timeline that thinks in days-before, invites your guests answer in one tap, and tasting mats you print and set at each seat: the part people photograph and ask about for weeks.
Ask Jerry, your sommelier
Stuck anywhere, ask Jerry: he's right there on the event page, and no question is too basic. That's the whole point. Scan a label and the bottle lands in your cellar with a drink window attached. And when you'd rather not start from scratch, the library holds 300+ original recipes and ready-made menus you can make yours in one tap.
Pairing apps answer a question. Jerry runs the night.
One good answer, then you’re on your own
Snap a dish or a label and get a match. Useful, but the menu, the recipes, the shopping, the prep, and the table are still your problem.
The whole night, start to finish
Jerry starts at "eight guests, Saturday" and finishes with placemats on the table: menu, per-course recipes, grocery list, prep timeline, and every pairing explained, leading with bottles you already own.
Your cellar, remembered.
Every bottle you scan or add lands here with a drink window attached. Jerry keeps the count, watches the windows, and keeps a record of everything you pour. The cellar is his memory: plans lead with bottles you already own.
Your cellar, by the numbers
Open the stats view and your whole cellar comes into focus: how many bottles are ready now, how many are coming into their window, and how many are still resting, plus where they are from and what they are made of. Every number is counted from your own bottles, never estimated. Prefer to track value? Turn on price tracking and your own prices roll up into a running total, entered by you, never guessed.
A letter from Jerry about your cellar
Turn it on and Jerry sends a snapshot of your own cellar: what is ready to open, what to hold, and where your bottles are from. Every letter carries one short, true wine note about a region or grape you actually own, reviewed by two WSET Level 3 sommeliers and grounded in primary sources. He never repeats a note and never guesses a price, and you can unsubscribe in one click.
A record of every bottle you pour
Mark a bottle enjoyed and it joins your drinking record, one line per bottle, kept even after the bottle leaves your shelves. Want it all in a spreadsheet? Download your full cellar, poured and unpoured, as a CSV any time. It is your data, so it is always free.
Add Jerry to your home screen
On your phone, add Wine Hound to your home screen and it opens full screen, straight into your cellar, like any other app. Your bottles, your windows, and Jerry are one tap away, wherever you are standing in the store.

One sommelier. Three ways to sell.
Hosts get Jerry in the Wine Hound app. Wineries offer the AI Sommelier under their own brand to grow wine-club membership. Distributors put it to work selling their portfolio. White-label theming is built in from day one. Launching under your brand is configuration, not a fork.

No question is too basic. Ever.
Is Jerry an AI sommelier?
Yes. Jerry is the AI sommelier who plans the whole night. Ask him pairing questions any time, but he earns his keep when eight people are coming Saturday: he builds the menu, writes the recipes, sets the prep timeline, and prints the placemats.
How do I plan a wine tasting party at home?
Pick one of Jerry's 12 event templates (tasting flight, vertical tasting, wine and cheese, and more), set your guest count, and Jerry builds the night: the pour order, the food to go with it, a make-ahead prep timeline, and printable tasting placemats for every seat. Your first event is free.
Can guests RSVP with dietary restrictions?
Yes. Every guest gets a personal invite link, no account needed, and they can note allergies and can't-eats right on the RSVP. Jerry shapes the menu around them the next time you build or update the plan, and he treats a stated allergy as a hard boundary, not a preference.
Does Jerry work with the bottles I already own?
Yes. The cellar is Jerry's memory: scan a label and the bottle lands there with a drink window attached. Pairings lead with what you own and always say why, and bottle math tells you exactly what to buy for your headcount.
What do the printable placemats include?
Every event comes with a downloadable kit: tasting placemats (Letter or 11x17) with wine-region maps or a themed design when the lineup roams, plus matching table cards and a notes sheet.
How much does Jerry cost?
Your first night is free: one full event, start to finish, plus a cellar for your first 20 bottles. After that, Host is $69 a year (or $8.99 a month) for unlimited events and an uncapped cellar. Less than one bottle you'd have opened past its window.
Set the table. We'll handle the wine.
Your first night is free, so start tonight's plan in minutes. And when you want it under your brand, we should talk.
